Departments
Seven primary departments support Code Zero operations, with specialized child agencies and districts for law enforcement, health, government, communications, investigations, conservation, and transportation.
Liberty County Government
Government and justice-oriented roleplay covering state, county, and municipal leadership. Known positions include Governor, Vice Governor, Mayor and Vice Mayor of River City, Mayor and Vice Mayor of Liberty County, along with additional government and justice roles as assigned.
Liberty Department of Public Safety
DPS houses Code Zero's district-based law-enforcement agencies. Members can select the department and district they want to patrol under based on community permissions and current operating procedures.
Liberty Department of Public Health
DPH coordinates fire, rescue, and medical response operations across Code Zero through its two public-health response divisions.
Liberty Bureau of Investigations
A specialized investigative component supporting complex investigations and statewide investigative roleplay within the community.
Liberty County Communications
Coordinates emergency radio communications and dispatch operations for public-safety units across Liberty County.
Liberty Fish, Wildlife, & Parks
Supports conservation, wildlife, park, and outdoor public-service roleplay across the State of Liberty.
Liberty County Department of Transportation
Supports roadway operations, transportation services, traffic incidents, and other transportation-focused roleplay throughout Liberty County.
